If the OSC grants the request, Timken will no longer be required to file certain financial reports and disclosures in Canada that it already reports in the United States. However, the company will continue to file all financial statements and other continuous disclosure materials required with U.S. regulators and the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). These documents will remain publicly available to all investors at www.sec.gov. Canadian shareholders will continue to receive all Timken disclosures provided to U.S. shareholders, pursuant to securities laws of the United States and the rules of the NYSE.</span></p>
